A bit about me...

I am originally from St Louis and grew up with roots in the Greek Orthodox Church. 


In my young adult years I began exploring faith in other settings and spent about a decade working for an international nonprofit.  Traveling and serving in 30 countries opened my eyes to how people experience faith around the world and, in many ways, drew me back to my own childhood faith.  


With an undergrad in Organizational Development  and ongoing education in Theology and Spiritual Direction, I became ordained and spent 20 years in various pastoral ministries and coaching roles.


My current vocation focuses on introducing people to contemplative practices and advocating for the importance of spiritual health.  I work with nonprofits, individuals and other spiritual guides.


My sweet spot in life includes traveling, walking in nature and laughing with my husband and 3 kids.

and meets for individual and peer supervision.


Spiritual Guidance Masterminds

A Spiritual Guidance Mastermind is a small group of people (5-8) who come together for intentional support to brainstorm ideas, develop materials, troubleshoot, share knowledge and find encouragement. It is designed to be heart centered/ Spirit led while also talking about the practicalities of a flourishing practice.   


The format includes a brief focus piece related to our spiritual guidance practice, 15 -20 min wisdom seats (aka hot seats) for individuals to talk about a specific area, peer support and take away action items.
